For those of you who don't know, I ordered a laser etching in November of 2003 and am STILL awaiting its delivery. As I'm sure you can imagine, this whole ordeal has been very annoying to say the least.

This morning, however, I received an email from the manufacturer chap saying "very shortly". So with any luck, my last two outstanding items - the second being Shaun of the Dead on DVD - will arrive at some point this week.

Let's hope so, eh?
