The phone line has gone dead. My o2 mobile can't get a signal. Neither can my T-Mobile one. BBCi is down. As is CNN.

BBC News (on air) is reporting "an explosion" in London. Transport for London are supposedly claiming the cause is down to "a power failure". Yet the Beeb are also reporting walking wounded.

Is London under attack?
